Aching thighs!


Well, I certainly know that I went for a run yesterday – going down stairs is oooooooooo. But the knees, hips, calves, shins and tendons are all fine, so not too much damage done. In fact, no damage, just training. 🙂

  3. Well done, just goes to show how well you did when there are aches afterwards. Still suffering chest infection, doesn’t seem to want to leave me, not feeling at all like my usual self just now. Trying to keep busy but the meds make my brain even fuzzier than usual, not good!!!! Take care.
